If we've inspired you with some of our ideas and you're interested in booking a full-day guided walking adventure with us, this page tells you how to do it.
Booking a full-day walking adventure
We normally open up dates on our online booking system a few weeks in advance. If you're planning a trip well in advance and would like to book a date with us, please contact us.
The process for booking a full-day walking adventure with us is described below.
If you know which area of Highland Perthshire you'd like to do your walk in, your proposed date is available and you have a group size of 8 people or less, you can go directly to Step 3 if you wish. We will then contact you to agree the details of your walking adventure.
If you haven't yet decided what sort of walking adventure you'd like, or if you have a larger group or if you'd like to book us to guide you elsewhere in the Scottish Highlands then please start at Step 1.
Step 1: Get in touch with us

Step 2: We'll develop some options for you
Once you've contacted us, we will get in touch with you to discuss what you would like to do for your walking adventure. You might like to do one of the walks we've highlighted or adapt one of them or do something completely different. We'll come up with some ideas and send through a proposed itinerary. We will then discuss this with you.
Step 3: Book your date and pay
If you're then happy to proceed, click on any of the "Book Now" buttons on the website. This will take you to a new booking page. Select the area (for example, the Pitlochry & Blair Atholl area or the Dunkeld area), then select the agreed date and the number of people in your group. You can then pay by credit card. Although full payment is requested, our cancellation policy means that you will get a full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before the agreed date. Or, if you wish, you can pay by bank transfer. Let us know and we will send through details. Our prices for a full-day guided walking adventure are set out below.
Step 4: Finalising your walking adventure
Once payment is made, your walking adventure will be confirmed. We will then finalise the details of the day with you and email you nearer the agreed date to confirm final details and advise on what to bring with you.
Our prices
For a full-day guided walking adventure, our basic day rate for one person is £150. The price for 2 people is £180, for 3 to 4 people it is £210 and for 5 to 8 people it is £240.
If you have a larger group and/or you would like to book your walking adventure elsewhere in the Scottish Highlands (outside of Highland Perthshire), please contact us first.
For a booking outside of Highland Perthshire, we would need to also charge for things like accommodation, travel and other expenses (at cost).
