If you wish to book on one of our scheduled walks, you will be redirected to PayPal for finalising your payment.

Our booking form can be downloaded as a PDF or Word document. If you complete a booking form, we ask you for the following personal information: name; email address; address; phone number; age; relevant experience and fitness; medical conditions; and emergency contact details. We also ask you about how you heard about us. To complete the booking process, you need to complete this form and return it to us by email. We then store that information on our secure computer. 

You have the right to check that your personal data is being processed lawfully. This access right can be exercised in accordance with the GDPR 2018 Regulation. We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.
